These terms govern the use of the Flatlex G.K. platform and our independent real estate due diligence services. By requesting a contract audit, uploading documents, or scheduling a consultation, you agree to these terms.
Our services are designed to evaluate and verify real estate contracts under Japanese law. While we work to identify potential transaction risks, our analysis does not constitute a guarantee of future property performance or structural integrity.
All service packages are provided on a transparent, flat-fee basis. Payment is due in full prior to the delivery of the final audit report, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Turnaround times are estimates based on standard business days and may vary depending on the complexity of the property history or delays in receiving documents from the seller\'s broker.
To the maximum extent permitted by Japanese law, Flatlex G.K. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from transaction decisions made based on our reports.
Any legal claims arising from our services shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
